Our Policies


Schedule Your Massage in Advance


Appointments with Susan and Shane may be made by calling (512) 809-6708. Online booking is available at by clicking on the blue "Book Your Appointment" button in the top right corner of this page.  You are also welcome to send appointment requests or questions to us via e-mail at susan@tigerlilystudios.com or shane@tigerlilystudios.com. We check our e-mail frequently, but for same day appointment requests, please call to ensure that we can accommodate you.

Cancellation & Other Policies

Upon receiving your appointment request (whether by phone or e-mail), we will reserve that time specifically for you. Therefore, if you find it necessary to cancel your appointment for any reason, we kindly request that you provide us with no less than twenty four (24) hours notice so that we may offer that appointment time to another client.

Cancellations that occur with less than twenty four (24) hours notice (or no shows) will result in a 100% charge. Also, if you miss an appointment without notifying us, we may disallow you from scheduling with us again, or may require you to prepay for your next appointment.

Despite the fact that we are incredibly skilled and talented Massage Therapists, and can work miracles in the massage room, we have yet to master the ability to manipulate the space-time continuum. We apologize for our inability to do so. Therefore, should you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your requested service within the remaining portion of your reserved time. However, if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and categorize it as a no show.

An Ounce of Prevention

Please make us aware of any medical conditions, special needs, and / or special requests that you may have upon making your appointment (including pregnancy). This is important so that we may prepare accordingly and make you aware of any contraindications that your condition may present.

As Licensed Massage Therapists, it is our responsibility to apply our knowledge and training to making sound informed decisions about when massage is appropriate and when it may be contraindicated. It is very important that our clients make us aware of ANY physical, psychological, or medical condition that they may be experiencing currently, or have experienced in the past. We’re really not being nosy, we are just being safe. Of course we want everyone to enjoy the many benefits of massage, but our ultimate responsibility is to do no harm.

You may opt to pre-pay for your upcoming session via PayPal (upon scheduling, or at any point prior to your appointment). Our PayPal account is shane@tigerlilystudios.com.Please note that PayPal charges will appear as "Tiger Lily Studios." Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover), cash or check payments are welcome at the time of service.


"Package Expiration Dates"

Please note that our pre-paid packages expire one year from date of purchase.
